ADMISSION POLICY

• The School is open to one and all irrespective of  caste, creed or religion.
• The New Academic Session commences from 1^st April every year. 
• The school imparts education from Nursery to XII.  All the students seeking fresh admission to various classes are required to register themselves for admission.
• School has an Admission Committee
• Registration for admission is opened in the month of February/March.  A very limited number of students may be admitted to other than Nursery & L.K.G as per the availability of the seats.
• The registration is a precondition and not a guarantee for the admission.  The registration charges are non- refundable.
• The prospectus will be available to all the aspirants on all the working days
• No interview is conducted for admission in Nursery & L.K.G. but a formal meeting with the parents & the child will be held.
• Admission will be granted on the basis of Draw of Lots from the list of eligible candidates/First come first served depending upon number of candidates.
• Admission for Classes U.K.G. to IX & XI will be done on the basis of written evaluation & interactions
• The candidates are  provisionally admitted to Class XI , subject to passing of Class X  Examination.
• The decision of the Admission committee shall be final in this respect.  The admission is purely on merit basis.

• Limited seats in all the classes.
• Registration Fee Rs. 1000/-(Non-refundable)
• The school has a tradition of excellence in Scholastic and Co-Scholastics and a lot of effort goes in shaping the future of the students.  Admission is given at Nursery and L.K.G level & A very limited number of students may be admitted to other than Nursery & L.K.G as per the availability of the seats.

Criteria for Admission to Nursery & L.K.G.

• Minimum Age for Admission to Nursery  is 3+ & L.K.G. -  4+ years as on 01.04.2023
• Registration for admission to Nursery & L.K.G is always open for 15 days in the month of February every year.
• The registration is a pre-condition and not a guarantee for the admission.  The registration charges are non-refundable.
• No interview for admission in Nursery & L.K.G., but  a formal meeting with the parents & child will be held.

Criteria for admission from U.K.G to Class IX

• Formal evaluation will be done.
• Exact date, time and syllabus for the evaluation will be given after registration.

Documents required for filling the Registration Form.

• Passport Size Photograph of Student.
• Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate.
• Copy of Student’s Aadhar Card.
• Self Attested copy of Caste Certificate (If the child belogs to Reserve Category i.e. SC/BC/BPL)

FEE STRUCTURE(2023-24)

                                                    Fee shall be deposited quarterly in advance. Parents are requested to deposit the fee in time.

                                                     First Quarter (April to June):                                       At the time of enrollment in the school.

                                                    Second Quarter (July to Sept):                                   1^st to 25^th July

                                                    Third Quarter (Oct. To Dec.):                                       1^st to 25^th October

                                                    Fourth Quarter (Jan. to Mar.):                                      1^st to 25^th January

                                                   Thereafter, fee shall be deposited with late fee fine as per schedule given below:-

                                                    With Late Fee of Rs. 50/-:                                             1^st to 10^th August; 1^st to 10^th November; 1^st to 10^th February

                                                   With Late Fee of Rs. 100/-:                                           11^th to 31^st August; 11^th to 30^th November; 11^th to 28^th February
